RESULTS
- Saved company roughly 100k in RMA costs by troubleshooting the problem and creating a scripted turnkey solution we could ship out on Flash Drives. This system is still being used whenever repairs or updates are done on these computers.
- Project member in charge of production and handling of tradeshow booth graphics for Ranir, and the following subsidiaries of Harman International: Crown Audio, Mark Levinson, Revel, JBL Synthesis, and Lexicon.
- Created, produced, and mastered intro music for itechhd.com and handled the post-processing for all the voiceovers.
- Created an automated script to update excel price books for client, turning a 10 hour job into a 10 minute job.
- Organized and maintained agency electronic photo library. Handled all agency photo retouching.
- Designed & installed a whole house audio/media system with networking, device installations, with two universal remotes for everything.
- Helped maintain & run company network & server hardware. Maintained company PC’s.
